A couple of cards I made for a friend's 50th birthday.
For this one I used the oval handbag template from Anna Marie Designs CD Volume 2. The knitted paper is from the Furry Friends CD from Joanna Sheen.
For the handle I used brown wire and wrapped satin ribbon and Patons Lush knitting yarn around it and added a butterfly charm, punched butterflies and computer printed sentiment.
I'd like to enter this into the Crafty Creations challenge Anything But a Square.
The image and papers on this one are also from the Furry Friends CD, the image is matted on blue shiny cuttlebug embossed paper. The wording is computer printed, I went over it with a Sakura pen to give it some sparkle but this doesn't show up too well on the photos.
I'd like to enter both of these into Make It Monday's Linky Party #54.

I love both cards but I'm so intrigue by your use of punches and dies and bringing them all together to make beautiful cards. Awesome! I happened to spot you on MAKE IT MONDAY>

These are both lovely Rose. I am loosing my marbles as I was convinced I'd left a comment. Knew I had admired them but must of been on a mad dash. It's been a hectic week with the kids. Caleb was into hospital this week for an ultrasound(nothing to worry about) but my mind has been elsewhere...seems to happen alot these days! lol Cheers Claire x
