Polkadoodles Blog Hop & Give Thanks

I've made this card for this week's Polkadoodles challenge and blog hop. All the papers and images are from their lovely Sundae of Seasons CD, with some Cuttlebug embossing, string and buttons added. The give thanks sentiment is by Nikky from Polkadoodles.
