C.R.A.F.T Challenge 44 - Purple and Turquoise

This week's challenge at C.R.A.F.T is to use the colours purple and turquoise in your projects.

Our sponsor this week is Donna's Den, who are offering this set of rubber stamps as the prize:

Donna's Den sell a wide range of crafting goodies in their online shop, backing papers, embellishments, stamps and loads more!

For my DT card I have used watercolour paper and painted it with turquoise watercolour paint, and partly embossed it on my cuttlebug, I got the inspiration for doing this fron The Digi Shack.

On the side of the paper I didn't emboss I stamped 3 flowers, then used the same stamp to make three more flowers, this time I heat embossed them, cut them out and secured them to the watercolour paper with brads. The butterfly is cuttlebug die cut again using painted watercolour paper, finally adding sticky turquoise gems to the centre.

I'm entering this into the Quirky Crafts Challenge which is Flowers, thanks Lyn for telling me about this!
