C.R.A.F.T Challenge 35 Paper Piecing

This week the challenge at C.R.A.F.T is paper piecing, and if like me you've not tried this technique before there's a great tutorial on the C.R.A.F.T challenge blog by design team member Julie.

The prize this week is from DT member Claire, any 3 images of your choice from her shop Hope Jacare at Shophandmade.

For my DT card I have used one of Claire's images, Tilly Teddy.

I have paper pieced Tilly using My Mind's Eye orange spotty paper, plus other papers from my stash. The dark red paper is embossed with the Cuttlebug Daisies folder, and I stitched a border of brown wool. The flowers and dragonflies are die cut with sticky gems and glitter added to the centres.
