Guinea Pigs & Knitted Heart

Another guinea pig card using the Furry Friends CD from Joanna Sheen.


The sentiment is a Polkadoodles stamp, the flowers are punched out and scrunched with a brad added to the centres.



I knitted this heart using aran wool, added beads round the edge and garden twine to hang it.

Knitted Mug Hug

The pattern is from Twenty to Make Knitted Mug Hugs by Val Pierce. I knitted it in Stylecraft Life double knitting wool.

Beer Mug Card

Beer mug template from an Anna Marie Designs CD, brick papers and bottle tops from the Polkadoodles Not For Girls CD.


Silver mirror board for the handle and the base, embossed with the cuttlebug swiss dots folder and distressed with a nail file. The froth is pearlised paper, cuttlebug embossed, and some blue garden string down the side.

Silver Cat Glasses Chain & Another Cheeky Monkey

I made this glasses chain using silver and grey glass cat beads, silver bugle beads and glass faceted beads.



And a cheeky monkey card made using the Tea Time Surprise CD from Fee J Designs.

All papers and images are from the CD, with the addition of gold mirror card, brads, ribbon, glitter, sticky gems and computer printed wording.

I'd like to enter this in this week's Crafty Creations challenge, who want to see Your Inner Animal.

Stitch Markers, Glasses Chain & Garden Creatures

Black millefiori glass beads, faceted black beads and seed beads. The findings are antique black plated.


Glasses chain made from black bugle beads, faceted glass beads and square flattie beads.

There's been lots of bees on the buddleia,

and butterflies,
calendula and bee,

and lots of frogs :-)

Dog Birthday Card & Crocheted Blanket

Another card using the Furry Friends CD from Joanna Sheen.


I just added some sticky gems, tartan bow and the sentiment is a stamp that came with a magazine.

And a blanket I crocheted, using Stylecraft Special double knitting yarn.
